Custom Apparel Manufacturer for Sportswear, Streetwear and Team Brands
Sale Smart Sports is a custom apparel manufacturer for sportswear labels, streetwear brands, teams and procurement buyers. Our factory handles patterns, cutting, sewing, decoration, inspection and packing under one roof. You can order from 30 pieces per style. Samples take 10–12 business days, and bulk runs finish in 14–16 business days after approval. Every order closes with an AQL 2.5 final inspection, so you know what is shipping before it leaves.
Have a tech pack, a sketch or a reference garment? Send it for a free quote. A factory planner replies within 1 business day with pricing and a sample date.
An OEM Clothing Manufacturer With Every Step Under One Roof
As an OEM clothing manufacturer, we produce your designs under your brand name. We do not sell our own collections, and we do not relabel stock from someone else’s warehouse. Your design, your fabric choice and your labels drive every garment our custom clothing factory makes.
Keeping every step in-house gives you one accountable team, one approved sample and one inspection report per order. No broker sits between your design and the sewing line, which is how a full service apparel manufacturer should work. Working with a custom apparel manufacturer that runs its own floor means fewer handoffs, clearer dates and faster answers. You can read more about our production team and how the factory is organised.
How an Order Moves Through Our Custom Clothing Factory
Every order in our custom clothing factory follows the same seven stages. Your planner shares the dates for each stage before work starts, so you can plan launches, team deliveries or retail drops around them.
Tech pack review
Our planners check your design files, sizes and quantities and list any open questions.
Costing and fabric booking
You receive a per-unit quote, and we reserve fabric and trims once you confirm.
Sample production
The sample room builds your garment in the real fabric within 10–12 business days.
Approval and sign-off
You confirm on fit, colour and decoration, and the spec sheet is frozen.
Cutting
Fabric is cut in numbered bundles from one shade lot per style.
Sewing and decoration
The line sews, prints and embroiders your order within 14–16 business days.
Inspection and packing
Inspectors check the finished order to AQL 2.5, and cartons are packed to your rules.
Tech Pack Review and Costing
Send a tech pack, a flat sketch or a garment you want to match. Add your size range, fabric preference, decoration and quantity per style. A custom apparel manufacturer needs these five details to quote accurately.
Our quote lists the cost drivers next to the price: fabric, trims, decoration and packing. Missing details get flagged before any fabric is cut. That gives you a clear number and protects you from surprise line items after approval.
Sample Production in 10–12 Business Days
Your sample is made in the fabric and decoration you chose, not a substitute. Sample development runs in a dedicated room, apart from the bulk lines, so your first piece gets full attention. We send photos and a measurement sheet with it, so you can check the fit against your size chart.
The approved sample becomes the reference for bulk. Our custom apparel manufacturer team keeps it on file with the spec sheet. Every reorder moves faster because nothing needs to be developed twice.
Bulk Production in 14–16 Business Days
Once you sign off, your order moves onto a planned line with a daily output target. Your planner tracks cutting, sewing and decoration each day and flags any risk to the ship date early. Ask your planner for photos of your clothing production at any stage.
Bulk production takes 14–16 business days from sample approval and fabric booking. Brands that need a bulk clothing manufacturer for repeat programs get the same timeline on every reorder.
Apparel Categories We Manufacture
Our lines produce jackets, fleece, jersey, matching sets and team uniforms for brands at every stage. Each category below has its own production page with fabrics, construction details and options. A custom apparel manufacturer with this range lets you build a full collection with one supplier.
Varsity, Bomber, Leather and Denim Jackets
Jackets are a large part of our output. Varsity jackets use wool bodies, PU or genuine leather sleeves and chenille made in-house. See our varsity jacket manufacturer page for full specifications.
Bomber jackets come in MA-1 nylon twill, satin with back embroidery, and reversible builds with quilted or sherpa lining. Leather and denim jackets follow the same cut-and-sew process, finished with rib knit, snaps and zippers to your spec.
Hoodies and Sweatshirts
We make pullover and zip-up hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts and oversized or cropped fits. French terry and brushed fleece run up to 470 GSM for heavyweight drops.
Common details include double-layer hoods, rib cuffs, kangaroo pockets and garment dye. Each detail goes into the spec sheet, so your sample shows it before bulk. Hoodies are among the most requested products on our custom apparel manufacturer floor, and our fleece lines run all year.
T-Shirts and Polo Shirts
Our jersey line cuts regular, boxy and oversized t-shirts, plus pique polo shirts for teams and corporate programs. Neck ribs, shoulder taping and side-seam construction follow your spec.
Screen printing, embroidery and puff print are the usual decoration choices. Your print position is fixed on a placement sheet, so it lands in the same spot on every size.
Sweatsuits and Tracksuits
Matching sets need a top and bottom from the same fabric lot, or the shades drift apart. We cut both pieces from one lot and pack them as sets by size. Visit our custom sweatsuit manufacturer page for the full set guide.
Tracksuits in tricot and woven fabrics are popular with teams and clubs. Stripes, piping and zip pulls can be matched to your colours. Jackets and pants are graded together, so a medium top always pairs with a medium bottom.
Streetwear Collections and Drops
Streetwear drops often mix hoodies, tees, sweatpants and jackets in one release. Our MOQ applies per style, so you can build a small collection and ship it together.
Washes, distressing, embroidery and oversized print placements are part of our regular work. Our streetwear clothing manufacturer page covers drop planning in detail.
Sportswear and Custom Team Uniforms
Team uniforms suit our sportswear background. We produce basketball, American football and flag football uniforms with sublimated designs, tackle twill numbers and mesh panels.
Each player’s name and number is added within the same style order. As a uniform manufacturer for clubs and leagues, we pack orders by player, so coaches can hand out kits without sorting cartons.
Cut and Sew Manufacturing on Our Production Floor
Cut and sew means we build each garment from a fabric roll, not from a bought blank with a print added. A custom apparel manufacturer working this way controls fit, fabric and construction from the first pattern piece.
Pattern Making and Grading From Your Tech Pack
Our pattern makers turn your tech pack into digital patterns, then grade them across your size range. Each size gets a measurement chart that you approve with the sample.
Grading errors are a common cause of fit complaints. Checking every size on paper first protects you from a run where the medium fits and the 2XL does not.
Fabric Cutting, Bundling and Shade Control
Cutters plan each lay to reduce waste and keep the grain straight. Every cut panel goes into a numbered bundle with its size and colour.
Bundles keep the body, sleeves and pockets of each garment on one fabric lot. That prevents shade differences that show up when garments are displayed together.
Sewing Lines and Construction Standards
Our lines use overlock, coverstitch and flatlock machines depending on the garment and the seam. Stitch density and seam allowance are written into the spec sheet before sewing starts.
In-line checkers measure garments as they leave each section. Our custom apparel manufacturer team works to a ±1–1.5 cm tolerance, so finished sizes match the approved chart.
Low MOQ Apparel Production From 30 Pieces per Style
Our low MOQ is 30 pieces per style/design. It is low enough to test a new product, launch a small drop or kit out one team without paying for stock you cannot sell. A custom apparel manufacturer with a 30-piece floor lets smaller brands work with a real factory.
How the 30-Piece Minimum Works
The 30-piece minimum applies per style, not per size. You can spread those pieces across sizes S to 3XL, and in most cases split them between two colorways of the same fabric.
Team orders work the same way. Every player shares one design, and names and numbers are added inside the same 30 pieces. Small orders run on the same lines and inspection as large ones, so a first drop from our custom apparel manufacturer floor meets the same standard as a 1,000-piece program.
From First Drop to Bulk Programs
Many brands start with us as a small batch clothing manufacturer and grow into larger runs. Your approved sample, patterns and artwork stay on file, so a reorder becomes a quantity update rather than a new development.
Growing labels and procurement buyers can book season programs with fixed fabrics and colours. You get a bulk clothing manufacturer schedule that stays the same order after order.
Fabrics and Weights We Work With
Fabric choice decides how a garment feels, wears and prices out. The table shows the fabrics our custom apparel manufacturer team works with most and the products each one suits.
French terry
280 to 470 GSM
Hoodies, sweatshirts, sweatsuits
Brushed fleece
300 to 450 GSM
Hoodies, joggers, winter sets
Single jersey
160 to 260 GSM
T-shirts, long sleeves
Pique

Team uniforms, tracksuits
Nylon twill and satin

Bomber and coach jackets
Wool blend, denim, leather and PU

Composition is agreed per style. Cotton-rich fleece suits a soft streetwear hoodie. In contrast, a poly blend keeps team colours bright after many washes. Our fabric sourcing team books fabric from tested mills and dyes lab dips to your Pantone references before bulk.
Logo Decoration Methods
Most orders combine two or three decoration methods. This table compares the main methods on our floor, so you can choose the right one for each placement. Every method runs in-house, which keeps decoration inside the standard timeline.
Screen printing
Large front and back graphics
Long-lasting on cotton
Embroidery

Private Label Apparel Finished With Your Brand Details
Private label means every garment carries only your brand. Our name never appears on the product, the labels or the packaging. Our custom apparel manufacturer team sources and attaches all branding during production, so stock arrives ready to sell.
Woven Labels, Care Labels and Hang Tags
Woven labels or printed neck labels go where your design shows them. Size and care labels sit in the side seam, and hang tags carry your barcodes and prices.
Send your label artwork and specifications once. We keep them on file for every reorder, which keeps your branding consistent from the first drop onward.
Polybags, Barcodes and Carton Marks
Each garment is folded and polybagged with a barcode sticker if you need one. Cartons are packed by SKU, size or player and marked to your warehouse rules.
Retail partners often have strict receiving rules. Share them with us before bulk, and our packing team follows them carton by carton.
Want to feel the fabric before you order? Ask for a sample or a fabric and trim swatch kit, sent with a full spec sheet.
Quality Control and AQL 2.5 Final Inspection
Quality control runs through the whole order: fabric intake, cutting, sewing and decoration. Our inspectors catch shade differences, loose stitching and print faults while garments are still on the line, where fixes take minutes.
Before shipping, the finished order is inspected under AQL 2.5 sampling. Inspectors measure garments against your chart, check decoration placement and record defects by type. You receive the report before the cartons leave our custom apparel manufacturer facility.
What Sets Us Apart From Other Apparel Manufacturing Companies
Many apparel manufacturing companies keep their minimums, lead times and inspection standards vague until late in the quote. We publish ours: 30 pieces per style, samples in 10–12 business days, bulk in 14–16 business days and AQL 2.5 on every order.
We work as a full service apparel manufacturer, covering development, sampling, production, decoration and packing in one place. You deal with one planner from quote to shipment, and we ship orders internationally. Clear numbers from a custom apparel manufacturer let you plan launches with confidence.
Custom Apparel Manufacturer FAQ
Look for a factory that works from your own design files, states its MOQ and lead times, and shows its inspection standard. A custom apparel manufacturer should also send a sample before bulk. Ask for references and a sample spec sheet before you commit.
Cost depends on fabric, garment complexity, decoration and quantity per style. Send your design and target quantity, and we will quote a per-unit price. Every cost driver is listed separately on the quote.
Our MOQ is 30 pieces per style/design. You can spread them across sizes and, in most cases, two colorways of the same fabric.
