Grey pullover hoodie with a white drawcord, made to spec by a hoodie supplier

OEM Hoodie Supplier for Sportswear, Streetwear and Team Brands

Sale Smart Sports is a hoodie supplier that makes every piece on its own production lines, from fabric roll to packed carton. We work for sportswear and streetwear labels, teams, clubs, and procurement managers who need hoodies built to their spec. Orders start at 30 pieces per style. Samples take 10–12 business days, bulk runs take 14–16 business days, and each order is checked to AQL 2.5 before it ships.

Send your tech pack, a reference photo, or your logo files for a free quote. Our planners answer within 1 business day with fabric options, pricing, and a sample date.

A Hoodie Supplier That Manufactures Instead of Reselling Blanks

Many businesses listed as hoodie suppliers sell blanks. They hold stock bodies in fixed fits and stock colors, then print your logo on top. That route is fast. The catch: every brand buying that blank ends up with the same hoodie. You cannot change the fit, the fabric weight, or the color.

Our factory works the other way. As a Custom hoodie supplier, we cut each order from your pattern, in your fabric, in your Pantone color, and with your labels sewn in. Blanks can suit a quick merch test, but a brand that wants repeat customers needs a product nobody else sells. The same lines produce every category on our Custom apparel manufacturer page.

Hoodie Styles on Our Production Lines

Five core hoodie styles run on our sewing lines, and we can build each to your measurements. Pick a base style first. Then change the fit, fabric, trims, and decoration. A hoodie supplier with its own pattern room can also mix details across styles, such as a zip front on a boxy body.

Pullover Hoodies

The pullover hoodie is the core of most collections. Ours has a kangaroo pocket, a double-lined hood, and rib cuffs and hem in a matching or contrast color. We make it in regular and relaxed fits.

Most pullovers in our lines use French terry or brushed fleece at 300-400 GSM. You can add a drawcord with metal eyelets, a printed or tonal cord, or side-seam pockets for a cleaner front.

Zip-Up Hoodies

A zip-up hoodie needs a straight, stable front, or the zipper waves after washing. We stitch the zipper tape to a stabilized edge and add a zip garage at the neck so the puller doesn’t rub the chin.

Choose a metal or nylon coil zipper in a matched or contrast color, with a branded puller if you want one. Pockets sit on either side of the zip. As a full zip hoodie supplier, we test every zipper batch for smooth travel before it reaches the line.

Oversized and Boxy Hoodies

An oversized hoodie needs its own pattern, not a bigger size. We set a drop-shoulder seam, widen the body, and recut the sleeve so the proportions stay balanced on the wearer.

Boxy styles use heavier terry, often 400 GSM and above, so the body keeps its square shape. Many brands pair a boxy cut with a garment dye or a washed finish for a vintage look.

Cropped Hoodies

A cropped hoodie ends at or above the waist. The hem can be left raw, finished with a coverstitch, or closed with a short rib band.

Shortening the body moves the kangaroo pocket up, so we redraft its position rather than cutting it off. We grade cropped styles in women’s and unisex size runs.

Team and Club Hoodies

Team orders share one style but carry different names and numbers. We print or stitch each player’s details from your roster, so one 30-piece order can carry 30 different names.

You can embroider club crests or apply them in tackle twill. We bag and label each hoodie with the player’s name, so your coach or kit manager can hand them out straight from the carton.

Low MOQ Hoodie Orders Starting at 30 Pieces per Style

Every hoodie order starts at 30 pieces per style or design. That Minimum lets a new label test a drop and lets a club order for one squad, without paying for stock it cannot use. A hoodie supplier that publishes its MOQ saves you a round of emails before the first quote.

What Counts Toward the 30-Piece Minimum

The 30 pieces count per style, across all sizes. A team can order 6 S, 8 M, 8 L, 5 XL and 3 XXL in one color. Different names and numbers on those hoodies do not count as separate styles.

Color splits inside the 30 work when the colors share the same fabric base. An order of 20 navy and 10 grey hoodies in one terry quality, for instance, counts as one style. A new fabric or pattern means a new style.

Scaling From a First Run to Season Programs

After your first order ships, we keep the approved sample, the graded pattern, and every trim code on file. Reorders run from that record, so the second batch matches the first.

When a style sells, brands move from 30 pieces to season programs with several drops. A Custom hoodie supplier that runs its own sewing floor can book that capacity ahead of time. We plan your programs around your launch dates. Unit prices drop as volume grows.

From Tech Pack to Packed Carton: How Your Order Runs

Every order follows the same eight steps. That holds for 30 hoodies or 3,000. Once you confirm, our planners send a date for each step so that you can track your hoodie supplier against each stage. You can also read how our production team is organized.

We send the sample with a measurement sheet and photos of each detail. After you sign off, we keep the sample on file as the reference for bulk checks and future reorders.

Bulk Production in 14–16 Business Days

We begin production when you approve your sample and the fabric is in-house. Our planners place your order on a line and track daily output against the plan.

You receive updates at cutting, sewing, and packing. If a delay risk appears, we tell you the cause and the fix the same day. That gives you time to adjust your launch plan instead of finding out at the deadline.

French Terry, Fleece and Cotton Hoodie Fabrics

Fabric sets the feel, warmth, and price. Buyers looking for a French terry hoodie supplier usually want structure and a clean surface for printing. Teams and brands that need a fleece hoodie supplier usually want warmth first. The table lists our main qualities and where each one fits.

Picking a Weight for Your Season and Market

Light fabric between 280 and 320 GSM works for layering and warmer climates. Mid weights from 330 to 380 suit year-round sales and most team orders.

Heavy terry from 400 to 470 GSM delivers the thick, structured feel streetwear buyers want. Brands that want a cotton hoodie supplier for a premium line usually choose 100% cotton terry in that heavy range. We send swatches of each weight before you decide.

Cut-and-Sew Hoodie Construction on Our Sewing Lines

Cut-and-sew production means we build each hoodie from flat fabric, piece by piece, on our own lines. A hoodie supplier that only prints on blanks cannot change a seam, a rib, or a pocket. We can change all three. Every change goes on your spec sheet.

Pattern Grading and Fit Approval

Our pattern room drafts each style from your tech pack, then grades it across your size range. We set grading rules per point, so the hood, pocket, and rib heights scale correctly.

Pattern making also covers the details buyers often forget, such as hood opening width and pocket depth. We approve the full measurement chart with your sample, and it becomes the bulk standard.

Hoods, Rib Trims and Pockets

Hoods can be single layer for a lighter feel or double-lined for structure. We finish the opening with a drawcord and metal eyelets, a flat facing, or a clean edge with no cord.

We knit rib cuffs and waistbands in 1×1 or 2×2 rib with spandex for recovery. Pockets come as a classic kangaroo pocket, side-seam pockets, or a split pocket on zip styles. We bar-tack each pocket corner to prevent tearing.

Seam Types and Stitch Standards

Main seams use a 4-thread overlock. Hems and cuffs use a coverstitch, and we use flatlock seams where a flat inside finish is needed.

Line checkers take bundle measurements at set points and compare them with your approved chart, allowing ±1–1.5 cm. We check stitch density and thread tension at set points on each line. We fix faults before the bundle moves on.

Private Label Hoodie Branding, Decoration and Packing

Private label production puts your brand on every hoodie. Our name appears nowhere. We source labels, tags, and packaging, then attach them during sewing rather than as an extra step at the end. Your hoodie supplier should hand you a finished retail product, not a blank waiting for branding.

Neck Labels, Care Labels and Hang Tags

Main labels can be woven, printed on satin, or printed straight onto the inside neck. Woven labels look premium. A printed neck suits a tagless feel. Each hoodie also carries a care and size label listing fiber content and washing guidance.

We print hang tags with your artwork, logo, style name, and barcode, then secure them with a string or plastic fastener.

Logo Decoration Methods

Decoration happens in our building, so one team handles color and placement. Here is how our hoodie decoration methods compare.

Polybags, barcodes, and Carton Packing

We fold every finished piece to your instructions, bag it individually, and mark it with a size sticker. We add your barcode labels, so your warehouse can scan stock on arrival.

We sort cartons by SKU or size, and team orders by player. Carton marks follow your warehouse rules to speed up check-in.

Quality Control and AQL 2.5 Final Inspection

We run quality checks at four points: fabric intake, cutting, inline sewing, and final inspection. At intake, we check shade, weight, and width against your approved swatch. We count cut panels and check shade before sewing starts.

The final inspection follows AQL 2.5 sampling under ISO 2859-1. A hoodie supplier should send proof, so you receive a QC report with measurements and photos before shipment. We rework or replace any piece outside tolerance at our factory.

Why Brands Choose Us as Their Hoodie Supplier

We publish our numbers: 30 pieces per style, samples in 10–12 business days, bulk in 14–16 business days, and an AQL 2.5 audit for each order. One account manager stays with you from the first quote to delivery. You never chase three departments for an answer.

Brands that sell sets can order hoodies and matching sweatpants from the same fabric lot through our Custom sweatsuit manufacturer line, so the colors match. We also supply T-shirts and hoodies for merch programs that need both. We ship finished orders internationally, packed to your warehouse rules.

Hoodie Supplier FAQ

Begin with one or two styles and clear artwork or a reference photo. Our pattern room builds a sample from it in 10–12 business days. After approval, start with 30 pieces to see how the style sells before a larger order.

Cost depends on fabric weight, quantity, decoration, and trims such as zippers. A 30-piece run costs more per unit than a 500-piece run. Send your spec and target quantity, and we will return a unit price within 1 business day.

Any starting point works: a full tech pack, a rough sketch, or a hoodie you already like. Our pattern room turns it into a production pattern and a measurement chart. You approve both with the sample before bulk starts.

Orders start at 30 pieces per style or design, across all sizes. Color splits work when the colors share one fabric base. Team orders with different names still count as one style.

Yes. We match your Pantone TCX code with a dyed lab dip and send it for approval before bulk. Fleece and French terry take dye slightly differently, so we dip each fabric separately.

Samples take 10–12 business days after we confirm your spec. Bulk production takes 14–16 business days after you approve the sample. We confirm both dates in writing with your order.

Yes. One style can carry a different name and number on every hoodie, printed or stitched from your roster. We bag each piece by player name. For brand drops beyond team wear, see our streetwear clothing manufacturer page.
